Bringing Together the Heat Exchanger Community this November!
Be part of the Heat Exchanger World Americas Conference & Expo to take place on November 16th & 17th, 2022 at the Pasadena Convention Center in Pasadena, TX. The dynamic and interactive event will give attendees the opportunity to network with the leading minds driving ahead innovation and excellence in the field of heat transfer equipment. Featuring an exhibition and a technical conference, the event will have something to offer for everyone, including manufacturers, fabricators, service providers, EPCs, and end users.

The Heat Exchanger World Americas Conference Chairman, Vice Chairman and Steering Committee invite presentations to be made at the event on a wide variety of topics related to heat exchangers and heat transfer equipment use, maintenance, repair, design and more. Experts from all areas of the industry — including end users, EPCs, material experts, manufacturers, service providers and fabricators — are encouraged to submit an abstract for a technical presentation or discussion-based workshop to the Steering Committee for review.

Showcasing a diverse range of topics and end user-driven content, the Heat Exchanger World Americas Conference will be a meeting point for all those in the industry.

Present a Technical Presentation

Experts are invited to submit an abstract for a detailed PowerPoint presentation that they would like to present during the conference. Speakers are allocated approximately 20 minutes for their presentations. Moderators will ensure speakers keep to their allocated time and direct questions to the speaker.

If you would like to present a paper or presentation during the conference, please submit a 250- to 500-word abstract, outlining the material you would like to cover to Sarah Bradley (s.bradley@  to be reviewed by the Steering Committee.

What is an Abstract?

A short description (250 to 500 words), conveying your possible presentation topic.

Clearly and succinctly tell the reader the subject of your presentation, and how it will be discussed through the presentation.

Should include how the subject is relevant to heat exchangers.

  •  Include a relevant title
  •  Outline the presentation topic and scope of discussion
  •  Must be technical based; commercial content will not be accepted
